Cancellation Policy: 

In the event of a cancellation 60 days or more prior to arrival, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount.

In the event of a cancellation 29 days or more prior to arrival, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount.

In the event of a cancellation 6-10 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of 90% of the total amount.
