Look forward to recreation of a special kind, in the middle of the Tyrolean Alps in the beautiful Ötztal. A magnificent scenery with more than 250 three-thousand-meter summits, snow-reliable ski areas of international rank and a diverse range of active and gourmet activities make the Ötztal a destination of year-end for winter sports enthusiasts.


Whether summer or winter, in this environment there is something to do every season.


The nearest Ötztal ski area "Hochoetz" can be comfortably reached from the apartments in 5 minutes by foot. The nearby ski resorts Kühtai, Sölden with glacier areas and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl offer winter sports enthusiasts plenty of skiing fun at the highest level.


In summer, our guests have the premium “Summer Card” included in the price.

  • Prices & local tax

    • The prices quoted are in euros per day and apartment for the number of people indicated.

     

    • The local tax is €5.00 per person per day and will be billed separately.

    • Children under 15 years of age are exempt from the local tax.

  • How far away are the nearest ski resorts?

    • The “Hochoetz” ski area is located approximately 400 m from the accommodation and can be reached in about 6–7 minutes on foot or in 1 minute by car.

    • The ski resort “Kühtai” is about 17 km away and can be reached by car in about 25 minutes.

    • The ski resort “Sölden” is about 30 km away and can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.

    • The ski resort “Obergurgl-Hochgurgl” is about 44 km away and can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.

    Each apartment comes with a free garage parking space.


  • Check - in & Check - out

    • Arrival is possible from 3:00 PM.
    • Departure must be no later than 10:00 AM.

  • Free Wi-Fi

    Free Wi-Fi is available in all apartments during your stay.

    Pets are allowed upon request.

    We charge €7 per night (excluding food).

  • Final cleaning

    We charge a one-time fee of €80.00 per stay and apartment for final cleaning.

  • Cancellation policy

    • In the event of a cancellation 60 days or less before arrival, the guest will be charged cancellation fees amounting to 50.00% of the total amount.

    • In the event of a cancellation 29 days or less before arrival, the guest will be charged cancellation fees amounting to 70.00% of the total amount.

    • In the event of a cancellation 6-10 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged cancellation fees amounting to 90.00% of the total amount.

  • Travel cancellation insurance

    We recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance with their insurance company to protect themselves in case of cancellation.
