Cancellation policy

• In the event of a cancellation 60 days or less before arrival, the guest will be charged cancellation fees amounting to 50.00% of the total amount.
• In the event of a cancellation 29 days or less before arrival, the guest will be charged cancellation fees amounting to 70.00% of the total amount.
• In the event of a cancellation 6-10 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged cancellation fees amounting to 90.00% of the total amount.

• Deposit due 3 days after booking, balance payable 4 days before arrival
• Final payment - due 7 days before arrival
• Down payment; final payment - invoice: IBAN transfer; Stripe: electronic payment
